Long time customer. Last time coming there. Went on Friday after long day at work. Normally the place is decent to get any knots out on my back. This was my last time going there. I’ve never had an issue there until this time. Normally they expect a tip & I don’t mind providing one; sometimes the girls give great massages but sometimes they are mediocre. This time the lady seemed nice until she started the dry massage. I had asked for soft tissue massage & this lady was pounding me in. Once she got to my right arm she pressed on it so hard I immediately had to reposition it so the pain warmness inside could go away. Once she seen me in pain, she didn’t say sorry she was just taken back I was being sensitive. When I shared my arms & hands were tender from typing all day at work, she laughed & said “ oh you work all day?” Cold laugh & continues at same strength in massage. For the hot towel, she threw it on my back versus laying it down gently or waving it down. Same with the hot stone. If it’s hot for your hands, it sure will be hot on my bare back too so more discretion on how it’s handled should be practiced. Otherwise don’t offer the service if it’s going to be done sloppy. And then for the cherry on top.. I get walked out to the door, I offer my tip & she immediately starts counting. I tipped her 8$ she asked if I enjoyed the massage.. I said it was ok. I asked her if she wanted more tip & she had the audacity to ask for more. So be prepared to tip some of these sloppy masseuses 10$ for their time on top of paying for the service.
